Hi everyone,
June has been a busy and meaningful month at The Curioust, and we’re glad to share a few updates from our work across learning transfer and facilitation.
We are encouraged by the response to our 1 June Transfer Taster.
- Many participants are already applying transfer thinking in their own programmes
- Some have begun conversations with their teams or managers about how to bring transfer into upcoming work.
- A few have even scheduled follow-up conversations with us or invited us into their programmes to explore how transfer could be built in more intentionally.

In our transfer work, one idea continues to stand out:
Learning doesn’t end in the room. What happens before, during, and after a session can make a real difference to whether learning is applied.
Equally important, transfer works best as support, not pressure — it is about creating the conditions for people who are already ready to turn learning into action.

Looking ahead, we’re looking forward to our virtual Transfer Taster on 26 June, 12:30–2:00 pm. With only 5 seats left, and the Transfer Card Set being mailed in advance, registration will close this Sunday.

We’re also pleased to be part of an IAFHK gathering on 24 June, where our founder Amito together with IAFHK peers Linmin and Lowene will share highlights from the 2026 IAF US/UK conferences.
The session will include interactive discussion on how global facilitation perspectives can be translated into local practice.
